The story repeats itself: the White House has once again issued one of the sternest warnings to China over allegations that the Chinese military is carrying a series of cyber attacks on American companies and organizations. Despite the fact that the United States and China have traded hacking accusations for months, the US seems to keep trying to take the issue to a new level.
Thomas Donilon, a National Security Advisor, called on Chinese government to recognize the importance of the issue and to carry out investigation of the alleged hacking. In addition, he also urged China to join an international effort to develop rules for appropriate activities in cyberspace.
Donilon claimed that US businesses keep speaking out about their serious concerns over the targeted theft of confidential business data and proprietary technologies via cyber attacks originating from China on a large scale. Apparently, the world can’t afford to tolerate such activity from any country.
In response, the Chinese authorities maintained that they had nothing to do with the hacking of US companies. According to a spokesperson at the Chinese Embassy in Washington, China was also the target of cyber intrusions. He also emphasized that cyberspace needed more rules and cooperation instead of war. China claims it opposed cyberspace becoming a new battlefield, as well as using the web as a new instrument to interfere in someone else’s internal affairs.
In the meanwhile, the new White House push didn’t surprise the industry experts, because Barack Obama addressed the topic during his State of the Union Address in February and issued an executive order pushing for more cyber security. But the US president didn’t directly name China in the address.

For some reason, i keep thinking North Korea is involved in this some how. I could be wrong though!!!
you aren't wrong, both china and north korea do it.
if china didn't hack, steal, etc, they couldn't manufacture anything, because they can't design anything.
think about it, they haven't invented anything since noodles, gun powder and the abacus.
a lot of people think chinese are smart, but if you have billions of people, and only train them for one thing, of course you have an exceptional person... but only in what they were trained for since infancy.

It has been long reported in the CIA directorates white paper 2000-2011 that the aim of the NSA and CIA is the global domination of the internet(global cyber strategy).Their raison d`etre in all the accusations is 1: to elicit further government spending in the policing of the Internet and control of cyberspace.2:to in-still acceptance of large government spending for same within the other sectors of same government.3: to solicit other allies to do the same and allow them unfettered access across Europe to police cyberspace for their own ends by whatever means they see fit.They have since the 60`s monitored many foreign nations as par for the course and whenever found out they live up a river called Denial in Egypt.
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone,as for China not being able to manufacture anything without hacking American computers I almost pmsl,China has one of the largest industries in the world and do it cheaper (not always better),they also own most of America and the worlds debt so unlike America are not poor as church mice and are more than capable of buying any copyrights to products or indeed copying them when released without the need to hack American computers to do so,despite the American governments statements to the contrary which if people thought a little more about it would realise that such smearing is for the plebians sake to fend off accusations by China and other countries when America is caught with its pants down.
Your post is boring.

How ignorant you are is beyond words...you forgot;
Ice cream, the compass, paper, printing on paper with moveable type and woodblock, the bell, the coffin, bristle toothbrush, the fork, laquer, the rowing oar...and the list goes on and on and on.
This is probably because they have more than a couple of hundred years of recorded history...unlike some
