|Copyright Alliance and CreativeFuture have sent an open letter and Change.org petition calling on both Clinton and Trump to take a tougher approach to copyright legislation. The groups say that protecting entertainment content is vital, and they don’t care which party is in power.
The Copyright Alliance is known as a true powerhouse involving the MPAA, RIAA, Viacom, Oracle, Getty Images and many other entities. As for CreativeFuture, it is also a huge coalition of about 450 companies in the movie, TV, music, and book publishing industries. The groups penned a letter addressed to political candidates, describing themselves as members of the creative community, who are united in their goal of reducing piracy regardless of the ruling party.
In support of their open letter, the groups have also launched a Change.org petition in an attempt to get 5,000 signatures supporting their cause. At the same time, CreativeFuture explained that the initial target of 5,000 signatures was just a benchmark implemented by Change.org, while the group’s actual goal is much higher.

|5000 people to sign their petition ?|
we should organise a petition to both parties opposing the abuse of privacy these companies already commit !
we could all use our user names and flood their email accounts !
lmao , would be funny huh !
i'm sure their 5000 names would look silly compared a possible list of millions ......
|They wont be satisfied until they may resume public executions for it. And that is that...|
|Do you think Copyright Alliance and CreativeFuture know that there are more than 2 presidential candidates?||
