In a world full of greed, it's hard to see the facts behind the myths that many succumb to. There are so many bogus claims from businesses seeking excuses for a recession based revenue loss, that it has become a daily trend to "blame others" for your company's losses. That trend doesn't seem to slow now, as The Business Software Alliance (BSA), which represents nearly two-thirds of all software makers in the fight against copyright infringement cases, has released a report claiming that over one billion dollars in software was shared just in the first half of 2009. Torrent Trackers Many have asked the question, which trackers can I rely on? As of recent, so many popular torrent trackers are falling. The Pirate Bay, which at one time was the main torrent tracker throughout most of the world, is no longer showing proper stats for it's torrents. Leaving many to ask, what do I do now? Well there are many alternatives, although I recommend using a tried and trusted tracker, for the torrent to live on for a very long time. The Propaganda Machine & How To Protect Yourself From It's Workings From day one since torrents have hit the web, spreading around so called "copyrighted materials", agencies such as the MPAA, RIAA, CRIA, BREIN, and other parasites have attempted to destroy the truth and fabricate reasons to end peer to peer file sharing. The lies that are spread by so called "advocates for change", are being brought front and center into this battle against our freedoms. These groups, have not only began to leech onto public and private torrents to gain IP addresses of "accused" file sharers, but have began to upload fake material by the masses.
