In recent months we've reported constantly about the ever disputed "3-Strikes" legislation in the UK, and the disastrous audacity of the bill. Many have protested this piece of legislation calling it outright ridiculous, unfair, and biased toward the bittorrent protocol. Now, an internet service provider, Talk Talk, has come out with strong evidence further proving why this bill is not going to work, and will be unfair to many of it's customers as well as the entire networks of the United Kingdom. The United States House Of Representatives, which has currently put forth a bill attempting to manipulate or control peer to peer networks, now has even more so a reason to confine these networks and applications. Tiversa Incorporated, a U.S. Security firm, has passed along evidence to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that classified military documents have been shared via some p2p networks. This of course will only inflame the situation, with those in government who lack knowledge of peer to peer networks and how they operate, quickly assuming it's a "devious" world with uncharted and dangerous possibilities.
