always good. However, since last week i haven't able to download any movies, and I just paid $5 membership fee today and it was still slow. My

First of all the ip address you supplied is for your personal network and not the one which would be used to block you which I think is what you were getting at.
Secondly what exactly is the problem? Are you finding Torrents are downloading slowly or can you simply not download the Torrent file from this website?

| Posted: Tue Nov 04, 2008 17:47 Author: Yes, the speed is extremly slow and some of the hot movies won't even connected. It used to be very fast, but it just started last week that I only downloaded 2 or 3 movies for the whole week. |

many isps do that to customers who torrent. |

| Posted: Wed Nov 05, 2008 15:33 Author: true some do that but they should have sent him a warning first and if unlucky his contry have the 3 strike law |

| Posted: Thu Nov 06, 2008 09:37 Author: ive heard that recently providers such as cox communications don't give out warnings anymore. they may go as far as shutting down his connection and make him call them to have it re-established. i think many providers are moving to the "verbal warning" method over the phone.
my advise is to make sure there is an IP block list running such as peerguardian2 and perhaps look into using SSL through a proxy. that's just playing it safe if the ISP is suspect in my own opinion.
another possibility could be if zhoujackji perhaps played with some of the connection options in the torrent client. those could also greatly affect the connection status of torrents. those setting should be checked out.
if they are running through a router it could also be possible that the router is throttling the connection on their end.
im assuming that its a home computer and not a work computer we are talking about? if the computer being used is at their work place its possible the IT department there could also be hampering their torrents.
hit us back with some more information such as what torrent clienrt your using, whether your computer is a home computer or work computer and who your ISP is. ill try to help you out. |

Stark made a comment about if the download was slow or if they were not getting any download at all. Not able to download anything is my problem. I was able to download a couple of days ago but now I can't.. I click on the download bar and it used to go to my vuze library and start, now it just show no webpage. I could use some help.
thanks
