Debit against my credit card

Hello there

I think I have been scammed. I am a South African and joined ExtraTorrent to download movies limited to three days. I downloaded one or two but could not play it on my Windows media player. So it was a waste anyway.

The price quoted when I joined was $4. But horrors of horrors I was debited on my credit card twice: first debit for R100.38 and second debit for R406.11, this equates to $50!

Since I am unemployed you cannot imagine what this has done to my household budget. All reference I have is VisdHelponthego.com. which appeared on my cell phone. Is there anybody that can help me to address this matter with ExtraTorrent, because I cannot find a link on the site to take me to a support ticket.

Also you can ask for chargeback. Go to billing site and ask them chargeback.
