Site Statuses and Rights (closed)

ExtraTorrent now implement own statuses for our members. Member status shows real member site status.
Does member admin, uploader or new member you will have this information now.
This system applied to help our members and with spam filtering. Ranged statuses system will help to
all members find something special and nice for our torrent community.

Every status can have real rights on site (adding or removing some site features) or can be just informative
or this can be mixed.
So member status - this is mix of rights and information with small icon(s) near member name on site.

Rights

Moderating Rights:

• Applying all site changes immediately (Super Admin)
• Total block account and ban IP (Super Admin) (Admin)

• Add or remove statuses for member (Super Admin) (Admin) (Moderators)

VIP Rights and Features:

• Hide all site advertisement
• Hide dead torrents, hide private torrents, setup torrents per page number, sort torrents
• Torrents bookmarks, "Watch for torrents" feature

Standard Rights:

• Posting comments for torrents
• Chat posting
• Private messages
• Torrents upload
• Post reviews for members/admins

So this was all site rights. This rights as i say before mixed to statuses.

Now about statuses (dividing by categories).

Statuses

BOSS [No icon] - Main Site Admin. No way to post review or check account for BOSS.


Admins/Moderators (from higher to lower. cant have any other status):

• Super Admin (This is the main admin status. Has almost all rights as BOSS. Can promote members to any of site status. Can ban/block accounts & IP address)
  1. Can approve/decline all pending actions from other admins or uploaders (from all site events).
  2. Can see all site events from admins/uploaders & members, managing torrents and comments.
  3. Can`t block VIP account. Only chosen ones can have this status and this status can be added only by BOSS.

• Admin (This is the next after Super admin. have most of moderation rights & powers)
  1. Can block account and ban IP.(cant block VIP account)
  2. Can Moderate Forum
  3. Can Clear torrent info hash
  4. Can promote/demote Trusted Uploaders

• Moderators (Site Moderators have limited but instant moderation rights)
  1. Can warn members and ban account for a maximum of 5 days
  2. Can manage/edit & delete torrents of all but Trusted Uploaders
  3. Can delete comments.
  4. Can moderate chat rooms
  5. Can add/remove Verified Uploader status, Site friend & Fun status

Good Site Statuses (Gives for members additional features and privileges)

• VIP. This status can have ONLY payed members. Have all nice site features for quick and nice site browsing.
  This status cant be added by admins

• Site Friend. This status almost same as VIP but without bookmarking and "watched" feature. Can be added by admins for
  active site help.

Bad Site Statuses (Warnings, Banns and Blocks. This statuses will cover all good statuses)

• Warned. Members warned by admin for some rules violation. Can be removed by admins or automatically from about 5 days.
  This is only informative status and will not add/remove any rights.

• Banned. Members banned for some time. Can be added by admins. Member will loose all his rights and cant do any except torrents downloading.
  Timed action.

• Blocked. This status shows that member account totally blocked and IP address is banned. No way to use our site for member with Blocked status.

Uploader Statuses (Stable torrents uploaders)

• Trusted Uploader. This status can have real trusted member who upload totally nice torrents. This is big site friend and high respected super ET hero!
  Member with such status has almost admin rights and this status can be added by admins.
  To be trusted you need to:
  1. Upload not less than 25 torrents
  2. Content should be not less than 15-20 GB in size(for Movies Uploaders)
  3. To be verified by a trusted/admin member or have many hits and comments to prove authenticity of contents
  4. Should be an active member in the site for not less than 1 month (at least)

• Verified Uploader. This status can be added for good site uploader who upload good torrents but has not enough site reputation to be trusted.
  Has Site friend rights and additional ability for manage torrents.

• Trial Uploader. This status can be added by requesting to upload for those who never uploaded torrents to the site,they can request for this status HERE and if they meet the requirements of the site they can be awarded this status.users with this status will be able to upload 4 torrents before they need more torrent verification.

Fun Statuses (This statuses is only informative and have no any rights and can't be claimed as a right. This statuses is for fun. Statuses from this group will always be changing and adding)

Can be added & removed by Admins

Hidden Statuses (Information statuses. Can be added by BOSS only)


Members (This is plain statuses for our members)

• New Member. This status have all new registered members automatically. This status is same as 'VIP' but only for 1 day. After 1 day
  will be changed to 'member' status

• Member [no icon]. This is main site status. added automatically after new member status. Has standard site rights.

Members with Dupe accounts

If a member creates a fake ID or multiple fake ID's and causes trouble in chat or any other part of ET and lets it be known what the real ID he/she is known by, that member may be warned, banned and blocked under their real ID as well.
Also, if it is found, by security measures, that a fake ID or multiple fake ID's are created by a member for the purpose of causing trouble as stated above that member may also suffer the same fate.
Uploading a few torrents and/or leaving multiple comments in an effort to disguise your fake ID as real will not make you exempt from this rule, if that ID creates unnecessary trouble.

How to get Moderator/Admin status?

• Good site reputation
• Good site history/site events
• Helping members in the Site/Chat/Forums

If the above and other requirements fulfilled by a member,admins will decide if a certain member is fit to be a staff..we do not accept request to be a member of staff..we will approach you if we see that you are the right person for the post


PS: Site statuses are not a right to claim and admins have right to add/remove at any time they deem fit and can be changed so keep watched
