NEW DOWNLOADING RULE OR ELSE!

ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SEED A DOWNLOAD HERE AT ET SHALL HAVE THEIR IP BANNED! SO GET SEEDING!

I say this because i'm getting sick of people not seeding. then people complain about to me like its my fault(i've done my part with every upload) so if no one seeds, its a problem for other people. so please admin, do something about this!

as taker says we cant force ppl to seed but we could introduce a ratio system so we can see who seeds bak wot they take and who doesnt then have a wall of shame for the top ten worst seeders and a thank u wall for the top 10 best seeders. jst a thought

A hit & run here on Movie Torrents is when you complete a torrent, stop it and do not return to seed within 24 hrs.
[*] This applies to all torrents whether they are free download torrents, ratio boosters, and special vip torrents, such as movie box sets etc... unless other wise stated by a staff member.
[*] You must seed for 72hrs or 1:1 ratio or you risk a warning. It does not have to be 24/7, but please help keep the torrents alive as long as possible.
[*] Capping your upload rate to low will result in a warning
[*] If you've Hit and run on any of the torrents listed in the "torrents needing seeders list". You will get a warning.
[*] There is no good excuse for hitting and running. Though we do understand that sometimes freak things occur. If you are a freak and weird things happen to you, then just let us know
[*] Should you happen to break our rules you will be contacted by a member of our staff. What happens to you will be at our staffs discretion. We do not want to be mean, we just want everyone to be able to get what they want.
[*] If getting a pm from a Moderator about a hit and run please keep it civil. Aggressive behavior towards them will only get you banned.
[*] Please remember to share your completed torrents 72 hrs or 1:1, seeding begins when you complete the download, though there may not be active peers now, there may be within your 72 hrs sharing.
[*] Keep the torrents alive and help the community grow.
[*] As always if you ever have any questions please contact a member of our staff.

[*] 3 hit and runs may result in disabling your account or your downloads at very least!
[*] Staff reserves right to disable downloads on ANY hit and run until they are satisfied user intends to seed and/or demonstrates an effort.

You will only get 2 warnings! After that it´s bye bye! Depends on how bad it is.
1. warning = 1 week's warning per torrent
2. warning = 2 week's warning per torrent
3. warning = account deleted and IP banned
Hit´N´Run at the first 5 torrents and you will be IP-BANNED!. So don't stop the torrent in your client, when download are completed

All uploads must include a proper NFO.
[*]Only scene releases. If it's not on NFOrce or grokMusiQ then forget it!
[*]The stuff must not be older than seven (7) days.
[*]All files must be in original format (usually 14.3 MB RARs).
[*]Pre-release stuff should be labeled with an *ALPHA* or *BETA* tag.
[*]Make sure not to include any serial numbers, CD keys or similar in the description (you do not need to edit the NFO!).
[*]Make sure your torrents are well-seeded for at least 24 hours.
[*]Do not include the release date in the torrent name.
Do not upload our *.torrents-files on other trackers
or something like that jsut a fast copy paste

yeah we can only urges ppl to do it nothing else most ppl jsut want and not give back its a shame i totaly agree they dont what torrent is all about

72hrs too long most sites its 24hrs and some dont leave laptop on etc you guys 4get some have laptops and me for 1 dont leave on.And on some sites wen you power down they dont like .So wen you boot up and carry on seeding they see you as hit and run .Unless you turn into private site like Demonoid etc you will always have problem and admin wont make private he has made clear on some sites you pay for vip and you dont after seed as your helpin pay server costs...

Well i made this post, because its driving me crazy, no one, hardly ever seeds my stuff the first two days, it takes them forever to get seeds on here. and then everytime people complain about the speed because no one will seed, i do my part everytime, but no one else will. just leave it up for at least a day when u complete it so that other people can download it.
