I AM HAVING PROBLEMS UPLOADING A FILE

You need to create a .torrent file, you cannot simply upload a file or folder and expect it to work, heres a short example, get uTorrent, go to create new torrent, if its a single file you want to make a torrent of, then choose add file, if its a folder, choose add directory, then add your trackers, then choose create, then you upload the .torrent file you created to Extra Torrent, not the actual folder/files themselves.
