problem with torrent "Evil days of luckless john"

I tried to upload this fantastic 3D pc game , but extratorrent said it already exists , but when I do a search , it finds dead remnants of the game size 588meg , all with 0 seeders. My version is compressed to 294meg and has 1 seeder, I can proove this by providing the link from piratebay.
