VIP worked untill my payment went through lol

Hi guys. When I signed up and got the temporary VIP status and was able to use the advanced function such as sorting etc.
After I paid for my VIP membership (and recieved the acknowledgements that the payment was recieved both in e-mail and in the ET mailbox), now I am having problems. When I try to change the number of torrents per page for instance I get a pop up error that states "You have no rights for this action". If I try to sort on seeds or size etc it takes me to a main category screen that lists all the categories instead of sorting. I have tried logging back out and then back in again but still have the same problems.

Any ideas what else I should try? Or just have to send an e-mail to get this glitch fixed?

Ok so now it is back to not letting me use some of the VIP features again as mentioned above.
