But i am not sure if any of the programs conflict with each other. Also try a VPN(virtual private network) which will connect you to a different server. and/or buy a router which will give you a new ip everytime you restart your browser.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Although, the Malwarebytes IP Blocker doesn't work worth a shit and is highly annoying. Skip that and all is well. Personal setup for me is through a VPN. Works GREAT but a good VPN costs money. For most ppl, either Peer Guardian, Peerblock, or IPfilter.dat (Utorrent) works very well. Also, if any of you have a seedbox you're covered. Just download everything via the box and use FTP to get the file(s) to your PC. Gotta love boxes.
