I tried to upload an animé, I followed xxxOBSCENExxx 's instruction as stated at http://extratorrent.cc/article/119/how ... to+et.html and I clicked UPLOAD button then BOOM goes the "Your IP has been blocked" message. I have read the rules and regulations and I don't think I violated any rules let alone got any warnings before my IP was blocked as stated on Rules and Regulations about somebody with a violation getting 3 warnings before being banned. Help please anyone?
