I need tech help(Problem Solved...I think)

This is the second time that my computer has crashed seriously with a blue screen and white writing to tell me I have "BAD_POOL_CALLER". Microsoft error reporting suggests that this is due to a faulty driver of some description but won't tell me which one.
This is a recent error - twice this week.
I have not added any hardware, not changed firewalls, or virus protection and not updated any drivers.

Please help

thanks blue the link you provided was good info but it pretty much told me "To check your drivers and registry for Windows errors and to check for a damaged registry it is advised to use a tool called registry cleaner. A registry cleaner can repair and fix various computer errors, and it can help finding the cause for the pool caller error."

Pretty much told me to use a program like the ones Deamastad provided.... Thanks Deam for fixing the problem and thanks blue for the info.
