windows vista help

I have a toshiba laptop that has windows vista on it but it didnt come with a cd and it has been giving me problems where do I find a program to fix it

I use reg mechanic and tune up utilities to sort out any problems on my laptop, usually when you you run these together they sort out problems.

i suspect you would copy the disk add to a file ,add files with serial and turn it into an iso then up it ,just a guess ive never upped anything, also i think in bittorrent you can torrent to individuals,not sure how to do that ,never done that either,

if its a new laptop the windows is normaly on a part off the hard drive so you can boot from there
