It will be good if you included screenshot.
I went to that torrent page, it's all fine.
The only third party script that running there are google analytic and twitter. It should not be a problem, and i already accesing ET.cc here since 3 days ago and only encountered bug back then while try to post.
Perhaps you got some malware installed before come here?
Better scan with malwarebit or any similar antimalware to see what's going on with your pc/laptop.

Just tried going there again a few times and no more .exe
Looks like whatever it was is gone and prob why it showed nothing for you.
Also, I protect and monitor my PC nearly obsessively, there is no malware or anything on my PC.

http://extratorrent.cc/torrent/3252334/Hallows+Eve+%5B2013%5D+HDRip++XViD+-ETRG.html never had any exe so your PC must have ahd a crappy trojan virus crpa from some where else

As I stated, I have no Trojan or Malware and watch my PC like a hawk. My anti-virus blocked the .exe each time it tried, that's how I found this pop up out, because it was blocked.
If it was from somewhere else then why does the pop ups only happen on this site heh? Out of all the sites I got to daily, only this one. Ya, because it's this site (mirror version since the main one is down) that is the problem, not my PC. And again, as I mentioned, the .exe stopped popping up after my initial post, so it's obviously gone now. I went to the page just now and nothing. You can't say what it was because you weren't going to the page at the exact moments I was. You went hours later. Something obviously changed.
I posted here for others to beware or be careful, not to argue and say it's me that is the problem somehow.

I don't think anyone want to argue with you,
any report of glitch i think it for the good of our site after all right?
Now, to be honest, Taker probably went to that page hours after you, but if you checked at time of my first reply, i went to that page around 30 min give or take after your post.
Nothing there, when i open no script, it shows there are two script working on that page like i said before, google analytic and twitter. ET.cc are on the white list, but if there are any third party script run, it will show up. I also among the first user that login here couple days ago and never encounter problem like yours. That's why we have a thought about trojan or malware. No matter how's good our AV, it still need additional malware and trojan defender. Nowadays you will rarely find people with virus problem, but it another story for trojan and malware, altough technically its also virus but even the good ol Kaspersky AV still can be penetrate by them sometimes.
Glad to see you are not encounter this problem again btw.
Edit : I just including screenshoot, but just found out i can't post it here, my bad, sorry.
You wouldnt get a pop-up exe file from here.
You can run a simple script command to see all open links on any page
