Torrent clients acting strangely

i have beeb getting the same problem it could be a few things so i will try my best to help you first i would start off by useing only 1 torrent program i use utorrent so we will try and get than up to max speed for you the main mistake ppl make when they try to speed up thair utorrent is they leave something downloading this alone will cause utorrent to act un stable so delete any torrent downloading re check all the ports and firewalls once tha is done go to preferaces in utorrent go to bandwidth change the global max number of connections to 1890 the next box down change to 2329 then go to bittorrent on the left and enable protocol encryption if thsi doesnt work for you i would try calling your ISP as they mite be restricting your p2p i hope this helps if you need any help with the above please just pm me
