RapidPeer-Very Bad News

When first reviewing RapidPeers page I thought they had great deals on seedboxes, comparable to one i currently use, Xirvik. They had some additional features that Xirvik does not offer, such as 1 gig connection. I messaged them asking a couple more questions and they got back to me within the hour. This swayed me to give them a try. I signed up for their page and chose the package I wanted. When I saw the total I began to transfer my funds to pay pal. This took 5 days to complete. Once my funds arrived I followed the link they left me in an e-mail at sign up. I Made my payment and immediately recieved a confirmation of payment. I did not however receive any info on how to access my box. Also I noticed in the invoice they made my one month payment begin on the day of signup for the site, not the day i made payment. I sent them a message asking about this and asking for my log in page/info. I recieved no reply. The live support on their page had been off-line all day. I then waited the following day and sent a second message. I still recieved no reply and live support had yet to be on-line. Today is the third day and same story. I am filing a reverse payment with paypal at this time.

for some reason they want 49$ just for uTorrent installation on their Diamond Pack, to me this means they are overselling, because on ruTorrent you don't have REAL access to the server and can be chrooted easilly, while on uTorrent it is open."

Yup, that's right. They complained that they weren't getting what they paid for, and were banned for it. Fortunately both had paid via pay pal and got their money back.

i bought -2 weeks bronze packet-which is 25gb,100mb unlimited,max active torrents.
First, I paid 5eu via paypal,then i got 2 e-mails
in first mail it is written: Your Rapid Peer account info will not be sent to you until you pay below.
When i logged to client area i saw that i have 1 unpaid bill.
There was an another link which link me to paypal to pay another 5.13eu
I send 3 customer tickets to explain my situation.No reply within 2 days.
Then i paid the second bill:
after 20 min i got the user details to use seedbox.
This is the 3rd day i got no reply to my tickets.
First payment status is still unclaimed on paypal
upload speed is so bad(tried on several private tracker-also TL).There are 6 active torrents,max total u/l speed was 1.6m avg is 1m(lol now is 50 for 6 popular torrent).Looks like it s limited by server admins or there are too much user per seedbox.
I saw a advertisement on this site about rapidpeer and i tried to use them.I m luck that i didn t spend too much.It is not the scammer but too many lies and bamboozlement
I suggest anyone Never ever try their shared seedbox plans

My service worked good for only 10 days then all hell broke loose.
Frozen web ui, Javascript Errors, Disconnection with FTP or 30Kb/s downloads. 46Kb/s downloads to other private seedboxes. I have not been working right for the last two weeks. I sent e-mails and no responses. I already cancel my credit card with them."

So they charged me 2 times(5*2eu for 2 weeks) i got only 1 seedbox and no reply to my tickets about last 48+ hours.
- upload speed suddenly dropped to 50kb(limited-using 7 popular torrent files on TL) for last 6-7 hours.
D/l speed is now avg. 5.5-6 mb.
-I have only got working ftp account with avg. download speed.I have 20mbit connection on my home,ftp dl speed is 1.2m/s

I have had my ticket responded to, with a request for my email address (which is clearly visible in my sign-up details doh!) so it's clearly delaying tactics.
Will be contacting Paypal for a refund if it's not set-up today.

I've used RapidPeer for 2 months now. Sign-up was quick and easy. I was worried about the start of my 2nd month. I previously used SANTREX.NET and they booted my after I paid for my 2nd month for fraudulent payment! Without a refund. WTF! I paid with a different method than I originally signed up with which may have caused the issue. In my opinion by the end of the 1st month I was seeding too many torrents with my account and using too much of the "unlimited torrents and bandwidth" than they advertised I could. As for RapidPeer I can only speak for two months of service, but I've had no issues with billing, uploading via ftp, or the rutorrent web app. I'm starting to add more torrents so we'll see if that becomes an issue, but as of now they are a great service.

PS - during my 1st month with SANTREX.NET all my torrents got deleted from my rutorrent web app and I had to re-add them.
