I'm with you on the time bit.. have a got a monkey myself (6) and a full time job ( Monday to friday 9-1p.m and 3.30-8.30p.m 9 hours a day 45 a week and sometimes overtime. But i do manage to log in from work.. am the king of multi tasking and using keyboard shortcuts LOL) Your encodes rule, and knowing you will still upload is a great pleasure. I wish you all the best and maybe the in the future you might be back. Peace bro
