Ive been looking for this for a while and the 2 i found searching the net where dead.

It's a very good and funny interview. A woman interviews this Philosopher as he smokes marijuana for the first time. I can't find it anywhere online, but it was on the Documentary Channel at 7:15pm EST a while back.

Hope some stoner (or not) has this in their collection and would upload it.
