Hyperlink in Torrent title

Ive noticed some torrents have a hyperlink you can click on next to the torrent title on your torrent downloading programs screen ie: Now Thats What I call Music 4 [KillerTorrents] (with the link between the brackets). How do I make a URL show up in my torrent's title when downloading?

ugh, I went through my recent torrents and the ones now active and cant find any where the text between the brackets is actually blue (a hyperlink). They just have plain text. I SWEAR some torrents ive used came up with working urls in their titles that advertized where the torrent originated from but now I cant seem to find any evidence of this. SOrry.

ALRIGHT I KNEW IT! I finally stumbled on another torrent that has a hyperlink in the title in the bittorrent client window.

Its a dragon ball kai episodes 1-30 torrent that has a hyperlink that says [guilpter] after the torrent title and when u click on it it brings u to the uploader's site or whatever. If anyone knows how to add a link to your torrent title (as displayed in a a bittorrent client) please lemme know how
