copyright law so screwed up?

This copyrights is total chit law. Copyright owners get for example 1 million from official release and loose only 100.000 from piracy. Is it big amount for them??? Are they poor??? Are they think before buy ticket to watch movie? I know they even dont think when spend another $100k for one more new car.
Is poor russian student can go pay $10 to watch movie?
They must tell us THANK YOU bcos we show staff for lots and lots people who like movies but maybe cant watch them in cinema

Copyright doesn't really exist here's my reasons:

Copyright was put in place so that fat cats such as Universal Studios, BMG Music and even Microsoft to name a few, to scare people from sharing or lending.

So its okay for BlockBuster Video shops to let their staff get 10 FREE rentals per week, and they aren't breaking copyright - c'mon get a grip.

Copying a radio show onto tape is illegal, so why does my TV card and Sky PLUS sets copy footage onto hard drives eg. timeshift technology, so you can pause and watch later. Maybe the picture pauses on screen, however it is copying to the hard drive then watch it like normal.

Copyright does not exist!! It's like saying theres monsters in your closets / wardrobes its to scare people from going in eg. doing it.
