IP BANNED?????

I downloaded a torrent and went back to the list to select another....when I tried to download the next one, and even if I picked another one, after I click the download button I get the message IP Banned. What am I doing wrong, I didnt sign out between picks...I did go into my torrent options and changed my upload slots from 25 to 20 in between but only because Utorrent was telling there was not an optimal connection and I was looking to correct a problem if there was one. How can I fix this??

I truly thank you. I am new at this site, but have a lot of material that when I get set up I plan on looking at your instructions on uploading and plan on contributing to the site also. Thanks again.

Give me your IP address and i will tell you reason. Most - fake/spam/passworded torrents uploaded.

Dont even try use any proxies - it will worse. Its stupid to think that proxy will solve this and hide you. You will be banned forever.
