South Korean children who spend too much time on the web with role-playing games (RPG) such as Dungeon and Fighters had better watch out. The country’s ministry of culture, sports and tourism has proposed a plan, which will ban children from playing online games after midnight. The curfew will last till 8 am. The plan also suggests slower web access for children who spend an inordinate amount of time acting as virtual knights, roaming fantasy lands and slaying mystical creatures. Point to note: The average internet speed in South Korea is around 15Mbps.
