Port Error

Ok just removed and replaced my main board/video card today and that fixed some problem but messed up my portforward, i get the green icon in utorrent but the portforward test says in can't open 48652 on a certain port number -

Entry Protocol- Global Port Start 48652/ Global Port End 48652/ Base Host Port 48652/Action both,isn't their one number here that has to be different can t recall and how do i check the static numbers thingy in vista isn t their something about that - thanks a bunch . .
