change audio on movies (closed)

| Posted: Tue May 18, 2010 07:20 Author:  hi guys, ive ran in to a prob with a few movies, i play them off my jump from my dvd player, its uses avi / audio mp3 format, is there a way to change the audio only on a movie, so when i play some it has no sound or wont play

| Posted: Tue May 18, 2010 07:27 Author:  Buy a better dvd player is the answer i think here... or maybe Xbox/Playstation.. you can edit the audio easly with almoast any audio converter,also winamp can do this.. find out which type of audio is working well and convert it. | | 
| Posted: Tue May 18, 2010 07:31 Author:  lol my dvd does a good job, i know that there is a program that will change the audio of the movie, just cant find it, like i said i play the movies of my jump drive, through my dvd player
and yes i will invest in a ps3 when i can,lol

| Posted: Tue May 18, 2010 08:50 Author:  yes i know, but the movie i got is fine but not the audio codec on the movie, most conversion tools will convert both video and audio, its just the audio im having probs with, oh well guess im barking up the wrong tree, thx for ur help, didnt think it would be this hard to change the audio codec on a movie only, without hurting the movie it self

| Posted: Tue May 18, 2010 15:35 Author:  Xclusive666 ,Dirk_Diggler and OZIMAN, thx so much for ur help guys, i found away to do it without encoding the movie etc, i used super C, (steam copy) the movie file so i didnt need to encode : ) then went to (audio) changed it mp3 it came up as (96 kbps) i changed this to (128 kbps) , saved it where i could find it --right click on program and find-- (output file saving Management) ,lol and took all but 10 mins to do 1.35 gig but like i say i didnt touch the avi but audio it self
ps, i always try my self b4 i ask for help, i know google can be a very powerful thing if u use it rite, i spent 4-8 hrs on this today lol, hope this helps other ppl out if they have same probs

| Posted: Fri Jun 04, 2010 10:34 Author:  ive been mucking around with superC ova the past few days, i found that it can also make the audio louder on the movies, if u have any that r a lil on the quite side,lol
if u need more info id be happy to pass it on
