seeding issue

alrighty. yesterday my pc decided to act funny on me (turns out i had a trojan) and decided to empty my utorrent. i had many downloads i needed to seed still and i dont know how to go about that now. the only ones i can seed are the ones that were not finished downloading, it easily 'checks' and starts up where it last was. i assumed utorrent could 're-check' the ones that were 100% completed and seed from there. however, it doesnt and it seems i have to d/l them again in order to seed them. is there an easier way to go about this? i'm sure there is, i'm just not too bright in this area. i only know how to download lol. thx in advance for the help ^^.

Yeah, or just dl the same torrent again if you want to seed, as long as original file is still in smae place, it will do the same, check it and then seed. If you still have the meta-tags just drag them into utorrent
