copyright infingement is a joke

I got to thinking the other day and realized something..with all the bs goin' on with copyright laws, the world fails to realize, everything on the internet is possibly infringed on..simply putting up your favorite sports team on myspace is infringement..if you want to read poetry of your favorite poet...infringement...what if our kids do a report on something and read something that wasn't posted by the copyright holder....they're criminal now? if i want to sell a movie i bought on ebay and i took a picture of it and posted it....didn't i just duplicate the artwork of the
cover..the list goes on and on about all the possibilities, maybe we should start blaming our governments and screaming entrapment, they provide us with the means to have the internet, they allow free access by all people to the internet, then they drop copyright infringement lawsuits on us and say we're to blame....i feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest now since i've been able to bitch 'bout something.
