This we found to be very very interesting we thought this was some prank or something so we decided to look deeper into it and found out some really cool stuff so check it out.

People attack torrent sites all the time its nothing new. Its like a cat chasing a mouse, like Tom and Jerry if you will. One person brings the torrent site to court the torrent site defends its self they fight it out torrent site goes out gets new name and moves form one country to a new one.

One of the best examples is Mininova and how it lost or the Pirate Bay and how some countries block it out. But no matter what they keep on going and going strong too.

Well anti piracy has just moved to a whole new level. And a pretty extreme one at that too. Here is what we mean. According to staff at Russian BitTorrent site LostFilm, on May 3rd their owner was lured to neighboring Ukraine under false pretenses. There he had a 3 day ordeal at the hands of a criminal group who apparently had their eyes on some of his property. Supposedly lostflim.tv was close to breaking into the Top 100 sites in Russia. Well however some people were really after that site, and were willing to do anything to get it. Reportedly kidnapped then beaten at gunpoint, the site’s owner was ordered to transfer the domain to a third party. Well after getting beat up he or she agreed to transfer the site to the kidnappers. But all did not go smoothly.

Instead of being able to take control of the domain in a single day as hoped, the transfer was delayed by its registrar. The process was going to take a while to complete; so the kidnappers decided to move to plan B.

SO the next day the kidnaper's got a hold of the admin’s family in order to demand a ransom payment. And the condition was that the admin would go free and later transfer the domain to his kidnappers. Later that day an amount was.

The Story does have a happy ending, everyone is okay and safe the the Russian police are taking over this. And the kidnapper never got control of the servers.
