I am having the same problem with absolutely NO images loading on extra torrent.cc using Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc. When inspecting the elements on the page the images are not loading due to:
"Failed to load resource: The sever responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)"
(see attached screenshot) It's interesting to note that the images are NOT being served from extra torrent.cc, they are being served from images4et.com. When one follows the link to the hosted image directly such as this URL an "Are you a Robot?" dialog and a CAPTCHA test is presented (see attached screenshot). When the CAPTCHA test is filled out and submitted the image will load.
So I have no idea what's going on. At first I thought it might be my hosts file blacklist blocking the images but if that were the case I wouldn't be able to even load the page and get the CAPTCHA test.
If anyone has any ideas please post because the site is unusable for those experiencing this issue.
