changing vista appearance, icons themes etc

I was just wondering if someone could point me in the direction of how to change my appearance of vista from the icons , adding a dock, background etc, I have virtually no idea where to begin, thx

yep thats what i use rocket docs
to tell you the truth these "modded" os we download are
99% modded with rockets
shhhhhhhhh the hints are written in the discretion but people don't read description and download 3 to 4 gigs instead of maximum of say 6mb + 60mb for the mods

also work on 7 and xp
