Help with Photos on CD

Can someone please help me?

I've just had my wedding pics proofs and the photographer has put all the pics on a CD for me but when I put it on my laptop, its in a slide show format and the disc is copyrighted so I can't retrieve the pics individually or print them off. The photographer is charging £18.50 for one extra print (the size of this is only 5x4) and I'll be bankrupt if I have to pay this. I've downloaded 'CloneCD' and 'ANYDVD' but they don't seem to do the trick (I don't know what I'm doing mind you). Any help would be appreciated, thanks - The_Orb!!!!!

Thanks to everyone that posted a reply, I will try everything you've suggested. I'm hopeless with computers and things like this as you can probably tell.
