HI GUYS, "SEED BOXS" THIS TOPIC IS ALREADY ADDED IN FORUM.
BUT, THAT DOES NOT EXPLAIN IT. I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SEED BOXS AND NEITHER THE NEW MEMBER.
SO I WANNA HELP THEM BY THIS TOPIC.

MY QUESTIONS ARE :
1. WHAT IS SEED BOX ?
2. WHAT IS ITS USE ?
3. HOW MANY TYPES OF SEED BOXES ARE THERE ?
4. HOW WE CAN AVAIL THEM ?

PLEASE ANSWER THESE FEW QUESTIONS.

What Are Seedboxes?
Seedboxes are partitions of servers with the soul purpose of storing and seeding torrents at high rates of speed.

What Is It's Purpose?
To store and to seed torrents at high rates of speed.

How Many Types Of Seedboxes Are There?
There are many. The most common are 100mb line boxes. This means that the fastest speeds these boxes can achieve is 1/10 of what the rated maximum is ... for these it would be 10mb/s. Also, these boxes and their prices are all different because of the speed of the box, space ( in gigabytes), ram available, and the Webui used (TorrentFlux and rUTorrent are the most common).

The top of the line seedboxes are 1gb line boxes. As above, speeds for these are 1/10th of what the maximum is rated which is 100mb/s. These boxes are fairly expensive because of the speed they deliver. They also are usually maxed out with ram and space to deliver the most bang for your buck.

*Some of these plans also come with FTP Access and other extra goodies to entice potential users.*

Last mention for boxes is that most of the above are semi-dedicated partitions with anywhere from 4 - 30+ users per server depending on the provider you choose. Of course, the less users per, the better the speeds and Webui response.

If Dedicated Servers are your interest, they are available as well but that route will COST. I do emphasize COST.

Browse around at the various plans and see if anything interests you. Personal suggestion would be to start slow as a new box user and once you get your bearings you can choose to upgrade as your needs grow and your experience broadens.

I would like to add to Wicked's quite 'technical' points:

- most importantly a SeedBox allows you to download and to share torrents anonymously = you are protected for infringement claims

- the SeedBox is running and sharing 24/7/365, even so your home computer is turned off

- a good SeedBox can provide your uploads and downloads with a speed you might not have in your home
