	Posted: Tue Jun 22, 2010 10:47 Author: ic3m4l3 happens sumtimes with me on se7en buddy simpe solution for uis fuk vista off and get a good reatil copy of windows 7 poroberly coz vista uses so many recources it will lag wen doing stuff get se7en then not as many sytem recources are being used so shud be o k afterwards i know wen i put extra 1gb in its stopped so try it or even try this go to control panel/power options and stik it on hi performance its normally a hidden oiption improves the performance of ur machine very much!

It was something as simple as my keyboard needed to be unplugged and the driver uninstalled and rebooted.. so far almost 24 hrs with out the refresh issue..See it kinda makes since now, I switched my keyboard a few weeks ago and maybe thats were the problem arose .. Once again thanx guys for the replies and Think 1st.. thanx for having patience to resolve this issue last night... Peace
