Help...NOD32 V4 hungs up during installation

hey guys, need help with NOD32 antivirus...recently uninstalled v3.0 to upgrade to v.4.0 but seems that NOD32 won't finish the installation. After installing drivers it just freezes, I mean my whole PC freezes, I cant access the taskbar etc. Anybody knows why this is happening? What do I need to do to fix these? Any solutions and suggestions is greatly appreciated and THANK YOU for the help...PEACE!!!

one other thing does it just hang or rollback when installing?
if so that mean you didn't uninstall your previous version of nods correctly
if this is the case delete all nods folders from program files
and download a good reg cleaner and clean you pc with it

@ oziman, i have windows xp Pentium IV and 348mb RAM remaining. It just hang, when i try to re-install version 3 it just reaches the point where it says removing backup files and that's it nothing happens after...THANKS for your reply...

Finally, just installed it today whew thanks for your help oziman...since i had malwarebytes' protection module running it seems that was the cause why the installation freezed...but i'm not sure though, after uninstalling malwarebytes i was able to install NOD32...anyway thanks ozi...and PEACE!!!
