derieks boot and nuke is the best software out there...and it will do a U.S Department of Defense quality wipe.....i sent u a PM with the link to the download and a website that shows you step by step how to do it...and its really easy...and when your done...u actually still have the option to use the hard drive again and know theres nothing left from before on it...

OR..you can do the method BHM mentioned and get yourself a sledge hammer and throw away a perfectly good hard drive for no reason...but up to u....links are in your PM...hope this helps

all you have to do is show your hidden folders and delete any of the history you want yourself from apps internet etc...
