Download : PiCaSa Ver.3.6


Install it simply without any change in the settings. Specially here in the picture below





Now u will need any Google account to start uploading pictures. I will prefer you make an account at gmail.com
Use Google.com account to signin in and to see the uploaded pictures in future

Now you are ready for uploading photos. Choose your pic which you want to upload. Now on the picture just right click and click on "UPLOAD TO WEB ALBUMS...."





It will ask you for username and password. Use that username & password which you used to create google account.





Tick on "Remember me on this computer", Click Sign In, and After 10 Seconds Click OK.
After a few seconds later a browser will open with your uploaded image in it.
Now when ever you will right click on a photo and click "Upload to web albums" it will not ask for login. It will simply upload the photo to web. Now for direct image just open the image in New tab.
