When downloaded right click and select Run as administrator



Select your language.



You can see the menu down, now to change your background, just simply click �Set background� button. Click on �Default background� button to restore default login scren background.



Click + blue button from the corner, to change the Shadow type.



And now when you change your background there should also be a preveiw of it.



And that's it all done you can change your logon to whatever picture you like.
