Forced/Hard coded Subtitles

Hi Folks

Been using site(excellent site)for a few months now but this is my first post.

I hope that someone out there can help me as I have pulling my hair out with endless searches on-line looking for some answers.

My problem being after downloading a Movie (BrRip etc) occasionally the movie will have Forced subs ie District 9 or Avatar or the Expendables for all the non English speaking parts but sometimes they don't, if I haven't seen it at the Cinema I may be unaware that the film should have them therefore wasting Downloading time and ruining a good evenings entertainment. What I would like to find out, is there any Web-sites that can inform you of Subtitles for non English parts in a movie. I thought maybe IMDB would but no. Does IMDB Pro have any info (before I fork out ££s for that?)
There are lots of Sub Sites out there but most subs are the full movie.

I hope someone out there can help.
As after enjoying district 9 when it was released and then finding out that the Aliens had Subs was somewhat annoying.
