Cannot connect to server when trying to download torrent (closed)

Ok been on this site for years now... used to know most the admins but seems to have changed so much. I have Windows 7 64 bit ultimate... nothing has changed with the way i been downloading for years.. i use uTorrent and dont use virus protection. I use peerblock and an ipfilter.dat updater. I simply cannot download anymore from this site.. i have been to the chat rooms and others have had the same problem.. but alot of people have no problems.

I can go to a different computer and log in to my account and try and download.. and it just doesn't let me.. like there is some restriction on my account now?? I have grown to like this site over the years but now i cant use it except to see what new movies are out then go over to demonoid and download them now. I want to download from here again like i have for the past... several years. I'm a computer technician and know what i'm doing and i have tried every solution that i can think of. Tried 3 different browsers IE, mozilla, chrome... Any ideas on wth is going on? I live in the USA.. not sure if thats the problem... Any ideas or Insight please?.. i'm beginning to believe i'll never be able to download from this site again. It all started about a month ago when i started noticing the site going offline and not being able to connect to it at all. Whats going on please??
