peerblock with utorrent ipfilter question

I don't use peer block or anything other than ipfilter, as of yet have not had any problem. I think it all boils down to your ISP provider. I know many that have got letters using all kinds of things and many whom have not (like me) and use the bear min or nothing at all. I still contend to be the safest way to dl is by paying for a VPN or a seedbox. A free IP hider IMO is useless, you get what you pay for. As for updater with IPfilter, I just run it every cpl of weeks, takes a sec to do. Most launch a shortcut and you just have to click it.
