	Posted: Tue Jan 25, 2011 12:17 Author: holmes3770 ok im a vip member i did this to get rid of the pop ups. i use this site and bit comet to dowload things i want to watch. when they have finished i put them on to another harddrive linked to my t.v so then i delete the file from bit comet as i have the film. however i want to seed and i have hundreads of quality films that i could up load but im a bit of a computer biff when it comes to seeding up loading etc any help in plain english would be cool many thanks.

	Posted: Tue Jan 25, 2011 12:51 Author: Big_A_Little_A First of all for the seeding issue,This can start as soon as you have d/loaded only part of a file,as other leechers will be taking bits from what you have d/loaded.This can be seen on your torrent client.D/load speed is how fast you are d/loading to your computer and if you see and upload speed that is you uploading to other leechers this is called seeding. Most commonally people who want to seed back to the community will leave the torrent on there torrent client(in your case bit comet) for a long as possible,or at the minimum for 24 hrs or until a ratio of 1.00 is reached after the d/load is 100% complete. once you either remove the completed file from your torrent client or the folder they are d/loaded to then the seeding stops.The easiest way to fix this if you do not want to clog up your computer would be to install a second hard drive in your computer and use this soley for d/loading files to and this will keep the torrent data available for you to seed(as long as the torrent file is still on your torrent client)out,and then you can copy to external HD to watch. As for uploading try this for copying and converting DVD's http://extratorrent.cc/forum/topic/4342/how+to+convert+a+dvd+to+h264+using+handbrake.html And then use the links Greenstreet(Thanks) has provided for uploading
