How do you remove trackers permantely? (closed)

I have some really splendid and rare torrents my only problem is even when i remove them they still show up once i upload the torrent again, hence why i can't upload because some of the trackers on the torrent are banned, my question is how do you remove trackers from a torrent permanently so that when i upload a torrent it won't have those same banned trackers that i already removed.
