What could be better here @ Extra Torrent ?
This thread can be used by members & staff to share their thoughts & blue sky thinking. Any good ideas posted here could be copied or moved to a "Members Constructive Suggestion`s" thread made in Mod Corner & once there privately debated by site owner & staff.
The style of debate on the same thread between staff & members we are used to ends with topics just being locked at the moment. Yes sure for good reason but it does kill off some good topics.
I hope you find this Constructive  the idea is to build a bridge !

How about trimming down those posts which are running at 30 pages and more, does ET need to keep them as there well out of date and it coulod relieve some pressure from the server/s ?..

forum posts has no problem with server pressure...
some posts are important,,and those who r not important can be sent to recycle bin here

I would personally like to be able to edit abusive/senseless/etc posts and/or comments so others can see why and what not to continue doing, but only option is to delete. I have see some forum posts changed by admin with said reason and do feel that works much better and keeps the topic moving.

What could be better than "ET Lovers Corner"
 
The construction of a forum with exclusive access for supporters of Extra Torrent. Those who value this website have no desire to take part in the everyday flame wars that breakout deserve a non public area I believe.
This would be fantastic if possible. I think as many "can do" staff & members should show their support to help make this a reality.

My suggestion is : Place a link for the Tutorials Index http://extratorrent.cc/forum/topic/2672/tutorials+index.html onto the blue bar next to Site Stats/Community/FAQ etc...where it's more accessable to all..
There's a host of information on all subjects there, yet hardly anybody is aware of it's existence. |

| matt i`m very sorry bruv this thread had been trashed by idiots & had to be locked. i asked OZI to re-open it & i chose the point @ which post`s were pruned.
i`m very sorry for the inconvenience but i`m sure you will agree members & staff working together to keep these threads working is a positive thing for extra torrent.
