Also try malwarebytes,as well as being used to remove malware from yuor computer,it also has an option to block malicious websites and bad IP's, you can download it here, http://extratorrent.cc/torrent/2336881/Malwarebytes+Anti-Malware++1.50+%2B+serialsChilloutdude+1337X.html And never had any issues with ISP or infringment notices,another good bit of advice is to look at the comments on the torrents.
