Download CCleaner
Press Download lastest version

Install the program - when it's done, let the program update itself. This will open a window where you must move the dot to "Run a full system scan" - click on the Scan button - let the program work. When it is finished (it takes some time depending on how much you have on your computer).
Then - Click on "View Results" button after the scan - and then click "Remove selected" - now open log'en and you must save it somewhere where you can find it again.
