Its getting annoying having a movie with subtitles all the way thru it......... when the movie is in english. Fair enough you need them for the few lines that arent in english, but for crying out load i dont want to see subs for english scenes

As for bringing in a policy,well that would be a nightmare/impossible to control,as every uploader has there own prefference on endoding/ripping subs onto their movies.And then you would need to check the subs for every movie that is upped with subs 100% A few things you can do,if it is a .srt sub file and if you know the sections that are spoken english you can open the .srt file and delete the lines of txt you dont want. Also try d/loading a new set of subs for the movie which only have the enlish subs for the foreign spoken sections. see here for more help,and especially the "Get Subs" this is a list of subtitle sites to d/load from, http://extratorrent.cc/forum/topic/7032/tutorial+index+-+subtitles.html

I had similar probs with a movie a while ago,and sorted it by adding new set of subs which only had the english for the foreign bit,think it had like 20 lines of txt,donloaded it from one the the sites on the GET SUBS list.
