	Posted: Mon May 21, 2012 15:06 Author: Big_A_Little_A pokeymarie wrote: how do i take the subtitles off i dont want to add them? please help me It depends on the type of subtitles on the movie. 1 - Hard-coded - Non removable subtitles 2 - Subtitle File - If the movie file has subtitle files such as .sub/idx, .srt, and are named the same as the movie file they will automatically play when you play the movie file,all you need to do to remove these subtitles from playing is to delete the subtitle files. 3 - Soft-coded - These subtitles are embedded onto the movie file and can be switched on and off from the setting on your media player.Soft coded files can also be removed permanently simply and easily using different free app's depending on the movie file type(MP4/AVI/MKV). If you can give us a bit more info on the file you want the subs removed from,and can give you better help
