Neither work IMO if you get something for free it usually sucks. (crabs, hep a, aids, gon, etc).

I have gone through three years with nothing but IPFilter and never once got a letter. Doing or going to site you really shouldn't then pay for a VPN. If the downloads are the problem then yuo need a seedbox. Search forums for a few.
