 is a new title announced by Capcom, the game will be released for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Operation Raccoon City is a 3rd person shooter, the scenario will be a reinterpretation of the events of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3.


In 1998, the Umbrella Corporation sends a team in Raccoon City to cover all evidence of the epidemic out of control. In turn, the U.S. government sent its own team to discover the cause of the epidemic and to understand the actions of the Umbrella Corporation. Players will be part of the Umbrella Security Services, must fight with all our forces arriving in Raccoon City. Basically, gamers will take part in the events of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 from the perspective of other combat forces.

Multiplayer version will have multiple game modes, so far, and U.S. Special Ops Umbrella Security Service is disclosed as playable factions.
